These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and EliteM AI Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as Optima ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of our website at imoptima.com (the "Site") and any products sold therein (the "Products").
By accessing the Site or purchasing any Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Site or purchase Products.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to purchase Products from this Site. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
2. Products and Pricing

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping where applicable. 4. Subscription Terms
If you enroll in the LifeStyle Subscription, you authorize us to automatically charge your saved payment method $67.00 USD every 60 days until you cancel. Your first shipment is processed within 5–7 business days of order placement. Subsequent shipments are processed every 60 days thereafter.
You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account dashboard or contacting us at tzvika@elitem.co. Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled charge to apply to that billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees, no minimum commitments, and no penalties.
5. Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is provided free of charge. Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days of order processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control.

Refund Policy
At Optima, we stand behind our product. We offer a 60-Day Recovery Promise that allows you to try Optima with confidence.
The 60-Day Recovery Promise
If you take Optima as directed for 60 consecutive days and do not experience improvements in sleep quality or daily energy, you are eligible for a full refund of your first purchase. The refund applies to your initial order only, not to subsequent subscription shipments.
How to Request a Refund
To claim your refund, you must complete the three check-in surveys we email you at days 14, 30, and 60 after your first jar arrives. After completing the day 60 check-in, simply reply to the email or contact us at tzvika@elitem.co within 14 days to request your refund. Your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Subscription Refunds and Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees, by logging into your account or emailing tzvika@elitem.co. To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. Subscription orders that have already shipped are not eligible for refund, but you may discontinue future shipments at any time.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at tzvika@elitem.co with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping costs (where applicable), promotional or discounted items marked as "final sale," and orders older than 60 days from delivery (except as part of the Recovery Promise) are non-refundable.

All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase. Processing times for refunds to appear in your account depend on your financial institution and typically take 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.

Shipping Policy
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not currently ship to international destinations, US territories, or PO Boxes outside the contiguous United States. We hope to expand our shipping availability in the future.
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping is provided free of charge on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements for free shipping.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on business days are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays are processed on the next business day. Order processing takes 1–3 business days.
Delivery Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days via USPS or comparable carrier. Total delivery time from order placement is generally 5–7 business days. Delivery times may be longer during peak periods (such as major holidays) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and household members, then contact the carrier. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at tzvika@elitem.co within 7 days of the delivery date and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
